You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or other users.

Some features interact with third-party platforms at your direction (for example, importing links from browser bookmarks or from X bookmarks when you explicitly start capture). You are responsible for using those integrations in compliance with the applicable third-party terms, rules, and policies.

We do not represent that third-party platforms will continue to allow any particular integration behavior, and availability may change without notice based on third-party updates or enforcement decisions.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have the rights needed for the content you upload. We may remove content if required by law or if it seriously violates these terms.

Free and paid plans may include different limits and features as described on the pricing page and in the product. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the option you select at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing tools we provide.

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
